Keavy - Tracy Nylene Owens, age 62, of Keavy, KY, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late Franklin Tredway and Ethel Bernice Fivecoats Tredway. Tracy worked at the Goodwill Store in Corbin, KY, before working as a CNA with the Christian Health Care Center in Corbin.

Tracy enjoyed traveling being with her family and especially loved her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Christian Weddle, sisters Terrie Louise Tredway and Linda Ann Hammond.

Tracy is survived by her children, Alecia Owens, Joy Owens, David Owens Jr., Victoria Weddle and husband Randall, Melissa Owens, and Phillip Owens and wife Brianna, grandchildren, Tayler Logan, Andrew Logan, Alexander Logan, Tyler Logan, Faith Owens, Dominic Owens, Alexis Weddle, Nicholas Weddle, Lucas Weddle, Lashay Housand, Dashawn Owens, and Liliana Owens-Popejoy, great grandchildren, Hunter, Asher, Waylon, and Idalia, siblings, Bruce Smith and wife Diane, Walter, Donald Freese and wife Christine, and Dolly Clark, and by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday February 27, 2023, from 5 PM until 9PM at Faith Assembly of God, 390 Faith Assembly Church Road, London, KY.

Funeral service will be private with Pastor Todd Hignite officiating.

Entombment will follow in the Weddle Cemetery in Keavy, Kentucky. Her pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Andrew Logan, Alexander Logan, Tyler Logan, Dominic Owens, Nicholas Weddle, Dashawn Owens.
