London - Stephen James Barnett, age 59, of London, Kentucky, departed this life on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, having attained the age of 59 years and 7 days. He was born on August 27, 1966, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Jim Barnett and Judy (Smith) Barnett of London, Kentucky, who survives.

On January 04, 1992, he was united in marriage to Sondra Kay (Baker) Barnett of London, Kentucky, who survives. In addition to his wife, he leaves to mourn his passing one son, Quinton Barnett and wife Jessica of London, Kentucky; two sisters, Molly Barnett and Patty Taylor-Harrison, both of London, Kentucky; and five grandchildren, Cheyenne Whitaker, Blake Vandy and wife Amber, Zach Chambers, Isabella Finley, all of London, Kentucky, and Scottie Vandy of Washington, D.C. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Stephen received his associate's degree from Sue Bennett College. He was a Realtor and Auctioneer by profession and formerly served as President of the Realtor Board. He was of the Baptist faith.

He will be remembered for his devotion to family and friends, his dedication to his profession, his enjoyment of coaching little league, and his love of cooking.

Funeral services for Stephen James Barnett will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, September 06, 2025 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery. The family of Stephen James Barnett will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:00 AM Saturday, September 06, 2025 until the funeral hour.
