London, Kentucky - Randall Edward Allen, age 67, of London, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026.

He leaves behind two siblings, Ruby Hood of London, KY, Carl Wardrup & wife Carol of Cincinnati, OH; plus a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Phelps Allen; his parents, Gordon Allen & Zella Mae Spitzer Allen; and by two siblings, Charlie Allen & Raymond Allen.

Randall was a man of faith, devotion, and quiet strength who leaves behind a legacy rooted in love, service, and song.

Randall was a former project manager for Walter A. Smith Co. and also worked as a custodian at Marymount Hospital where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic. Beyond his career, his life was centered in his faith. He found great joy in attending church and lifting his voice in song, praising the Lord. In his younger years, Randall shared his love of gospel music as a member of a gospel group, touching many hearts through his singing.

He faithfully served as a pastor at White's Chapel, Twin Branch Methodist Church, and Mill Creek Methodist Church. Through his ministry, Randall led with compassion, humility, and a deep love for people, guiding many in their walk of faith.

Above all, Randall dearly loved his late wife, Judy. Their love was a true testament to devotion, and her memory remained close to his heart always.

Randall will be remembered for his steadfast faith, his kind spirit, and the joy he found in serving others. His life leaves a lasting impact on all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service honoring Randall Edward Allen will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Sean Ryan officiating. Interment will follow at Laurel River Cemetery in London, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Wednesday beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour, also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
