London - Portia Webb, age 84, of London, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

She leaves behind three children, Jimmie Darrell Webb & wife Shelley of London, KY, Jule Edward Webb & wife Trish of Louisville, KY, Harold Wayne Webb of London, KY; one sister, Kathleen Lewis of Louisville, KY; four grandchildren, Tracey Jane Eggers, Scott Allen Reed, Dichelle Root, Jimmie Dale Webb; and by four great grandchildren, Tori Dale Webb, Mason Bentley Root, Grayson Bryant Root, Paisley Lynne Marie Root; plus a host of other family and friends to cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Webb; her parents, Frank Robinson & Jane Burns Robinson; and by six siblings, Carl Robinson, Pearl Robinson, Clayton Robinson, Joyce White, Mallie Allen, Mildred Combs.

Portia was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend who leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and faith.

She was retired from American Greetings Corporation, where she dedicated more than 30 years of faithful service. Her strong work ethic, dependability, and kindness were hallmarks of her career and reflected the way she lived her life.

She deeply loved her family and loved people, always making others feel welcome and cared for. Known for her generous spirit and servant's heart, Portia found joy in helping others, whether through a warm meal, a listening ear, or quiet acts of kindness done without expectation of recognition.

Portia especially enjoyed cooking, often expressing her love through the meals she prepared and shared with those around her. Her kitchen was a place of fellowship, laughter, and comfort.

In recognition of her character and service, Portia was honored as a Kentucky Colonel, a distinction that reflected the respect and admiration she earned throughout her life.

She was a devoted member of Blackwater United Baptist Church, where her faith guided her actions and her life served as a testimony to her love for the Lord and for others.

Portia Webb will be remembered for her gentle strength, her giving heart, and the many lives she touched. Her memory will forever remain a blessing to all who knew and loved her.

A funeral service honoring Portia Webb was held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Marty Nolan officiating. Interment followed at Manchester Memorial Gardens in Manchester, Kentucky The family entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
