She is survived by her husband, Earl Howard; her children, Ronald Howard and Elaine (David) Edwards; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; A visitation and funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, London Funeral Home in London, Kentucky. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery South East in Hyden, Kentucky.
