The Honorable Henry C. Stoltz, 95, a resident of Russellville Arkansas, passed away Saturday, January 11th, 2025. He was born November 21, 1929, to Edwin and Jenny Mowrer Stoltz. Henry had a bachelor's degree in Forestry from the University of Michigan, and furthered his education with a law degree from University of Kentucky. Henry served as District Judge for Laurel and Knox counties in the late 1980's and 1990's. He served on the board of directors for Sue Bennet College. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. Henry also served our country in the United States Marine Corps. All three of his sons are also military veterans.
He was preceded in death by his parents and all six of his siblings.
Henry is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Barbara Post Stoltz, three sons, Bill (and Brenda) Bird of London, Callaway (and Kay) Bird of Spring, Texas, Dan (and Josephine) Stoltz of Russellville, Arkansas, a daughter, Marianne (and Joseph) Ott of London, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and many other family members.
A memorial service for family members and close friends will be held in London Kentucky at a future date to be determined.
