Carl Edward (Eddie) Feltner, age 76, of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 52 years, Phyllis DeZarn Feltner; three children, Paula Feltner Roark & husband Rodney of Georgetown, KY, Lorrie Feltner DeRosa & husband Ed of Goshen, KY, Kyle Edward Feltner & wife Kaelah of Berea, KY; two sisters, Lucille Taylor of Blackwater, Ky, Debbie Acciardo & husband Gilbert of East Bernstadt, KY; nine grandchildren, Kaleb Ethan Roark, Madeline Grayce Roark, Edward James DeRosa III, Carleigh Anne DeRosa, Dominic Ray DeRosa, Heidi Kyleah Fayeth Feltner, Everlee Reese Hacker, Jack Wilder Hacker, Emery-June Feltner; his sisters-in-law, Betty Feltner, Helen Feltner; plus a host of other family and friends to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray & Mary Francis Underwood Feltner; four siblings, Fern Durham, William "Bill" Feltner, Lonnie "Mose" Feltner, Moss Feltner; his sister-in-law, Geneva Feltner; two brothers-in-law, Don Taylor, Jack Durham.

A funeral service honoring Eddie Feltner was held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Norm Brock officiating. Interment followed at the Ray Feltner Family Cemetery in East Bernstadt, Kentucky. Military honors were provided by the local DAV Chapter 158 of Keavy, Kentucky. The family entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
