Zora Ethel Felts Wells, 76, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation.
Born in Laurel County, Zora was the daughter of the late Ofard and Murphy Eaton Felts. She had been a homemaker and member of the Lily Baptist Church. She loved going to church and time she spent with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Charles Estil Felts, Robert Calvin Felts, Alfred Ancil Felts, and Leeroy Felts; grandchildren Tasha Ann Myers and Aaron Lee Myers; and nephew Wallace (Wally) Felts.
Zora is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Charles Wells, Jr.; sister Bettie (Ed) Steele; children Brenda (Henry) Myers and Patricia (Claude) Humphrey; grandchildren Sandra (Greg) Mullins, Tammy (Myers) Whicker, and Stephanie (Marvin) Owens; great-grandchildren Haley Fannon, Madison Owens, Rachel Mullins, Mackenzie Owens, Quinton Owens, Xavier Owens, Cayden Whicker, and Ella Mullins; sisters-in-law Jackie Dotson and Joann Felts; and a host of nieces and nephews to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilmer Evans, the Rev. Ed Wayne Gibson, and the Rev. Bo Miracle officiating. Burial will be in the Felts Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Friday from 6-9 p.m. at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to pay for funeral costs.

So sorry for her passing would have loved to see zora one last time she was always good to me loved you zora I know the Angels in heaven are rejoicing with you till me meet again
