Larry Neal's Story

Larry Neal Baker, 61, husband of Tammy (Payne) Baker of London, Ky., passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.
He was born in Hazard, Ky., and was a member of The Creek Church, and Harley Owners Group "HOG" chapter.
He is survived by his wife and the following children, Neal Baker, Toby Baker, Tennille Hedrick and husband Devon, and Trae Whitis and wife Crystal, all of London, and Brandon Whitis of Hazard; his father, Arvel Baker and wife Shirley of London; a brother, Terry "Birdie" Baker and wife Bunny of London; eight grandchildren, Emma Hedrick, Kelan Hedrick, Liam Hedrick, Zachary Whitis, Montgomery Whitis, Lillie Whitis, Jax Whitis, and Landon Wells.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hedy L. (Napier) Baker.
Funeral service for Larry Neal Baker was conducted at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, in London Funeral Home Chapel with Trevor Barton officiating.
Burial followed at St. John Swiss Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Craig Smith, Mitch Lewis, Wes Rookard, Mark "Chubbs" Jackson, Tim Walden, Mark Crook, Wayne Watkins and Gary "Doc" Martin.
Honorary pallbearers were Ben Hawkins, Brock Bryant, and Chad Smith.
The family received friends at London Funeral Home from 11 a.m. on Saturday until the funeral hour.
