Jimmy Ray Dugger, 55, London, Ky., passed away Friday, June 16, 2017.
He was born on September 17, 1961 in Whitley County, Ky., the son of the late Hiawatha and Delora Smith Dugger.
He was united in marriage to Joanne Moore Anders-Dugger who survives.
He is also survived by five children, Missy Dugger of Greenwood, Ind., Angie Dalton and husband Jason, Bridgett Rogers and husband Jack and Jenny Mae Hale and husband Chris, all of London and Nicky Schwed and husband Joe of Maysville, Ky.; one brother, Butch Dugger and wife Sarah of London; three sisters, Shirley Pruitt and husband Robert of Indianapolis, Ind., Wilma Karr of Keavy and Daverne Alsip and husband Billy of London; six grandchildren, Cody and Levi Dalton, Nova Sky Dorris, Abigail Rogers, Marli Hale, and Riley Schwed, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by one sister, Joe Ann Pruitt and one brother Jackie Smith and also one grandchild, Michael Schwed.
He was a member of the Poynters Chapel Church.
Funeral service for Johnny Ray Dugger was held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 19, in the chapel of Bowling Funeral Home with Jack C. Rogers officiating.
Burial followed in Dugger Cemetery, Laurel County.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 18, after 6 p.m., also at the funeral home.
