Flossie Tuttle Wagers Flossie Tuttle Wagers, 87, of London, Ky., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, at Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Feb. 25, 1928, in Laurel County, Ky., the daughter of the late Mattia Tuttle Moore. She was a homemaker and attended Union United Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons, Wendell Wagers and wife Carol, Ray Wagers and wife Genevieve and Harold Wagers and wife Sue, all of London; seven grandchildren, Doug Wagers, Dena Hubbard, Stephanie House, Kenny Smith, Karen Massey, Jennifer Sexton, and Bridgett Fawbush; 10 great-grandchildren, Madison Reed, Haley House, Lindsey House, Amber Wagers, Braylee Fawbush, Brindalyn Fawbush, Jordan Smith, Chelsey Smith, Courtney Massey, and Chase Massey. She was preceded in death by her mother, her husband, Alvin Wagers; a daughter, Phyllis Smith; and the following brothers and sisters, Arch Tuttle, Harvey Tuttle, Pearl Overbey, Loulee Overbey, and Mary Mabes. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Jan. 24, at London Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral hour with Lonnie Collett and Roy Hamblin officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Laurel County. Pallbearers will be Doug Wagers, Tony Wagers, Estill Smith, Kenny Smith, Shane Sexton, and Brandon Fawbush.
