Fannie Mae (Begley) Sizemore, 92, of Burlington, Mich., and formerly of Laurel County, passed away Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017 at Laurels of Coldwater in Coldwater, Mich.
She was the mother of Carol Blair and husband Burns of Gray, Ky., Donna Begley and husband George, Patty Howard and husband Doug, and Dean Sizemore and wife Gail, all of London, Jackie Smith and husband Tim of Tekonsha, Mich., Wanda Sizemore, Johnny Sizemore and wife Missy, and Bobby Sizemore and wife Julie, all of Burlington, Mich., Pam Citowitz and husband Steve of Vero Beach, Fla., Jeff Sizemore and partner Charles of Los Angeles, Calif., and Willie Sizemore and wife Zilpha of Hudson, Fla.; the sister of Edna Nantz of Dry Hill, Ky.
She was blessed with 33 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and four great-great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Edward Sizemore; by four children, Don E. Sizemore, Debra K. Sizemore, James Sizemore, and Imogene Shelton; by her parents, Sherman Begley and Sabrina (Combs) Begley; by her siblings, Robert Begley, Godfrey Begley, Jackson Begley, Sid Begley, George Washington Begley, Mitchell Begley, and Madge Sizemore.
Funeral service for Fannie Mae (Begley) Sizemore will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, at Dry Hill Presbyterian Church in Hyden, Ky., with Merrel Caudill officiating.
Burial will follow at Woods Cemetery in Hyden.
The family will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28 and from 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29 until the service hour at Dry Hill Presbyterian Church.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Begley, Jason Smith, B.J. Smith, Dean Asher, Darby Vandeplas, Jeffery Sizemore, William Sizemore, Michael Lockhart, Stevie Rohr, Jonathan Sizemore, and Burns Edward "Boogie" Blair.
