Connie Lee Meadows, 65, London, Ky., passed away Friday, July 15, 2016.
She was born on November 28, 1950 in Oneida, Ky., the daughter of the late Boss and Eva Lee Bowling Hurley.
She was united in marriage to Ray Meadows who survives. She is also survived by a son, Greg Meadows of London; two sisters, Bonnie Peters of London and Gail Cline and husband Paul of Winchester, Ky.; a sister-in-law, Louise Ward of East Bernstadt; brothers-in-law, Earl Meadows and wife Judy of East Bernstadt and Rick Meadows of London; a grandchild, Taylor Robinson and husband Joey of London, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tonya Lee House; a sister-in-law, Helen Browning and a brother-in-law, Arnold Peters.
She was a former employee of London Rotary Company and was a member of the Freedom Valley Baptist Church.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, in the chapel of Bowling Funeral Home with Jason Lowery, Chester Oakley and David Hammack officiating. Burial followed in A. R. Dyche Memorial Park in London.
Pallbearers were Joey Robinson, Wendell Merritt, Paul Cline, Dee Meadows, Rick Meadows, Joe Grimm, Dustin Peters and Nick Meadows.
