Betty Sue Karr Dugger, 78, of London, Ky., widow of George H. Dugger, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, at her residence.
She leaves behind six children, Joyce C. Howard of Keavy, George Darrell Dugger and wife Geneva of Corbin, James Dugger and wife Kim of Corbin, Ray Dugger and wife Marcella of London, Kay Gregory and husband Jimmy of London, and Becky Woods and husband Junior of London; five siblings, Janie Riddick of Florida, Francis McCoy of Keavy, Marcell Terry of Corbin, Timothy R. Karr of Florida, and Walter Karr Jr. of Louisville; 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Dugger and parents, Walter and Hazel Karr.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was loved and cherished by all her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Funeral service for Betty Sue Karr Dugger will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Brother Russell Woods and Brother Dale Wyatt officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hyde Cemetery, Laurel County.
The family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon until the 2 p.m. funeral hour, also on Friday at the funeral home.
