A.T. Bruner, 90, of London, Ky., passed away on December 9, 2017.
He was born on January 6, 1927 in Laurel County, Ky., the son of the late Ramsey and Minnie Cornett Bruner. He was united in marriage to Ethel Lucille Bruner who preceded him in death on November 9, 2017.
He is survived by two daughters, Sheila Bruner Cupp of London and Penny Bruner Ollis and husband Ken of Suwanee, Georgia; three grandchildren, Travis Cupp (Elizabeth), and Tyler Lewis of London and Valerie Ollis of New Albany, Indiana; Three great grandchildren, Ava, Alivia and Isaac Cupp; one sister, Stella Bruner Meeks of Cincinnati, Ohio;plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Besides his parents and wife he was also preceded in death by eight siblings, Chris, Leander, Mander, Russell Bruner, Marie Bruner Ray, Opal Bruner Nicholson, Carrie Bruner Fischer and Pauline Bruner Cornette.
He worked as a construction worker for many years and retired from the auto auction business.
Funeral services for A.T. Bruner were held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Bowling Funeral Home with Brother Delmer Gross officiating. Visitation was on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 12 noon until the funeral hour. Burial was in the Dunn Cemetery in London.
